The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a 5 burner Wolff Gas Stovetop, double ovens, a 4 door fridge, coffee makers, baking and cooking tools, with plenty of wine glasses!! The Dining Area is large, comfy, with festive lights wrapped around the gorgeous exposed beams! Surely a favorite spot for relaxing with family and friends. Step out into the screened in porch where you will be delighted with ocean views, salty breezes, and good times to be had! The home also boasts a large outdoor deck with picturesque views on either side! There is also a family room on the main floor with a TV for streaming. One guest room offering a queen size bed and one full bath are located on the main floor, while the other 3 bedrooms are featured on the second floor, one master, complete with a King size sleep number bed and air conditioning, the other 2 each provide a Queen size bed.
