Downstairs there is a great kitchen with a beautiful island in the middle, fully equipped with utensils and appliances, washer and dryer. The living room has a comfortable sofa overlooking the garden and other seating areas, a dining set, a flat screen TV, a small bar area with a mini fridge and a fireplace.There are six (6) luxurious bathrooms with ample space, bathtub, some with double sinks, personal hygiene products, hair dryer, white towels, etc.In the exterior there is plenty of room for entertaining friends and family with this immense backyard, beach beds, umbrellas in this gigantic swimming pool, indoor dining set next to an impressive grill with its sink and an outdoor seating area by the fireplace.Guest Access:Full access to the entire house and its amenities, nothing shared, everything is private.The Neighborhood:The home is located in a quiet and gorgeous residential neighborhood in the heart of Sherman Oaks.
