There are four master bedrooms, three of which are Cal-king bedrooms with ensuites, and the remaining master is a queen size bed and shares the hallway bathroom with the two children’s room with full over full bunk beds. All bedrooms have a 47″ LCD TV. In addition, the 4 1/2 bathrooms are upgraded with custom paneled vanities, granite counters, travertine tile, hardware, tiled bathrooms, and custom tile inlays in the showers.The open-concept kitchen is perfect for prepping and entertaining. The kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The dining area comfortably seats eight at one, and there is additional seating at the breakfast nook and kitchen countertop. Right off the kitchen is a half bath and full-size washer and dryer for guests’ use.Laminate hardwood floors run throughout the home. The main living room has a 60′ TV w/DVD player and Time Warner’s top 250 channels. Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included.Through the living room sliding glass doors is access to the private rear yard with an in-ground pool and jacuzzi. We monitor and control the temperature for you remotely from our office to make sure it will be on and to the temperature when you arrive.
