We invite you to share our condominium, located on the 17th tee box of the famed Dinah Shore Golf Course at Mission Hills Country Club in beautiful Rancho Mirage, CA.With new flooring, kitchen appliances, linens and amenities, our two-story, 1624 square-foot home is ready for your visit!The main living is welcoming, with open concept living and dining areas. Two sliding doors take you onto the east-facing patios, where desert life can be enjoyed… sun, mountains, palm trees, and views of the 17th tee box of the Dinah Shore golf course! Inside, you will find a 60″ smart tv with cable, a gas fireplace and comfortable furnishings. The kitchen, right off the dining area, is bright with new appliances and utensils.Upstairs, you will find both bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, 55″ flat screen television with cable, a remodeled en suite bathroom with tub/shower, and a fabulous deck that overlooks the beautiful golf course. The guest bedroom also has access to the deck, and two full-sized beds. A third upstairs deck gives you and your family another wonderful area to experience the desert sun, palm trees, and mountain views.Swim in the beautiful pool and hot tub that are located within steps of our condo. Pick some delicious grapefruit and oranges while taking walks in the lovely Mission Hills Country Club.
