Description
You cannot ask for a better location for this beautiful newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. The home sits on a corner lot with a 1 car garage and air conditioning. The location is just 1 block from Spreckles Park, the Coronado Public Library, Von’s grocery store and countless restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, the Hotel Del and our world famous beach. In the spring of 2016 a major remodel took place which included new wood floors, all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, completely updated bathrooms with new tile and fixtures, and all brand new designer furnishings. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is located downstairs just off the entry and features a queen bed with an adjacent bath featuring a walk in shower. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of them also have queen beds and share a new bathroom with tub/shower combination. The large master suite features a king size bed, TV and beautiful expansive master bath including a slipper tub, large walk in shower and his and her vanities. Also upstairs is the conveniently located laundry room with a new state of the art LG twin washer and dryer. Downstairs off the entry is the open light filled living room and dining room which seats 6. Off the dining room is the kitchen and family room area complete with a breakfast table. The kitchen features unique blue granite countertops and all new stainless appliances including a sub zero refrigerator. Just outside on the enclosed patio there is another seating area to enjoy our gorgeous year round weather. A new AC unit was added during the renovation which hopefully we don’t always need but is great to have! Weekly cleanings required and will be charged separately after check in. A 6 seat golf cart is available for a separate rental.
