This gorgeous townhome allows for easy access to pools, tennis courts, newly remodeled fitness center, and best of all the beautiful white sandy beach. Enjoy the stunning sunsets and go for long walks on the quiet beach. Being at the west end of Panama City Beach gives you the prime location of being close to Pier Park and many popular restaurants and activities.This resort includes 3 pools, one of which is heated in the off-season. The other 2 pools are a very short walk away at the front of the resort and have waterfalls and Polynesian style huts, kiddie pool, hot tub, tennis courts and shuffleboard. The pools are gated and private for Portside resort guests only and have a bathhouse with showers to ensure you have a relaxing atmosphere. Then right across the street from the resort are the white sugar sandy beaches and emerald clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Come back and enjoy all the comforts of home at your fully furnished unit.The quaint living room provides plenty of space to relax after a full day at the pool/beach and includes a large TV to watch a game or curl up to a movie. The dining room with a table for four enables families to sit together while overlooking the kitchen. The full-service kitchen comes equipped with all a person’s needs including, a microwave, over, stove top, coffee maker, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The unit also comes with a full washer and dryer perfect for wet towels and swimsuits to keep clothes fresh for an entire week at the beach. The first floor has a half bath.Up the stairs there is a spacious master bedroom with full on-suite bath and attached large balcony perfect for relaxing. Another room with two twin beds is perfect for kids and adults alike. The second floor also includes an additional full bath.
