Updated exterior and landscape, updated granite kitchen. This family home is spotless, easy to get to and a short ride to either bay or ocean beaches. The Hampton Bays L.I.R.R. train station and town center is just a 5 minute ride. Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, 5-time host of the U.S. Open is a 5 minutes away. The home is located just 10 minutes from some of the best shopping in Southampton Village. After some fun at the beach, in town or on the many golf courses, come home to an expansive deck with comfortable chairs and let the breeze of Shinnecock Bay cool you off as you take in the setting sun and spectacular views. Stay in and barbecue, use the fabulous kitchen, order in, or be a foodie and indulge at some wonderful nearby restaurants. After a great meal and evening fun, enjoy a well deserved nights rest in comfortable beds and a peaceful spot. Great for couples, family/friends getaway. We welcome long term rental options.
