We have recently refurnished this condo with a mountain-modern flare. The space accommodates a king size bed, couch with a full-size memory foam pull out bed, and a gas fireplace. The fully outfitted kitchenette includes a 2-burner cooktop, compact refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster. Free WIFI, on-site ski locker, and secure bike storage. Heated underground parking is available to all guests from the HOA for an additional fee.**The hot tub deck will be closed for renovations in the summer of 2024**Just steps away from the building, Winter Park’s new 10-person gondola (complete in December 2018) will quickly whisk you away for a day of adventure. After a long day of skiing or mountain biking, retire to panoramic mountain views while soaking in the outdoor 20-person hot tub on the 3rd floor amenity deck which also includes a large outdoor fireplace and 2 gas grills.Perfectly located, across the street from The Village, Founders Pointe provides easy access to take advantage of some of the area’s best restaurants and shopping, and year-round entertainment with a variety of events including music concerts, festivals and much more!
