Super House for All seasons. Located directly across from Lake. For those looking for independence from main house , a bungalow exists which is a separate building on property with bedroom , bathroom and outside porch .Enjoy this charming sunny ranch across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee with a large yard for sports and games. Fantastic fireplace located in main living space. This fun and relaxing vacation house has many amenities and set up perfectly for couples, families or groups. Three spacious bedrooms in main house . There is an additional bedroom and bath in the bungalow with 1 full size bed perfect for the family / friends who enjoy independence. PLEASE NOTE : bungalow not available in late fall and winter as not heated . Without bungalow, the main house has 2 1/2 baths & sleeps 8 comfortably . Additional sleeping arrangements on futon couch and pullout bed . One and 1/2 baths are in main house. Additional bathroom in bungalow.In main house, there are two (2) queen beds ,and a bunk bed set with bottom queen & single on top . There is also a queen futon in the inside sun porch.Barbecue and enjoy your meals in the inside screened porch and watch the kids play in the large yard. The small private shared beach is across the street from house. No launching or docking of boats except for kayaks , paddle boat and or canoe.* garage* 2 kayaks* horse shoe pit* large yard / volleyball net* paddle boat* life jackets* gas barbecue* individual air conditioning thermostats in room.* fireplace* fire pit10 minutes from Weir’s Beach activities.Within 3 miles of quaint town center of Meredith you will have easy access to shops, grocery store, restaurants , wine company and beer brewing company, Church’s Landing, the Lake Winnipesaukee train ride or enjoy the Mount Washington boat cruise.Beach is located across the street at end of property. (no dock) end of weekhousekeeping included so you can just relax! Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, ,air conditioning , internet and cable tv all provided. Enjoy all that the home & lake have to offer.
