‘Far and Away’ – Beachfront in Madequecham’Far and Away’ is a perfect upside down home on the beach down Madequecham Valley Road. It’s just far enough from town to feel truly secluded but close enough that you’re never more than 20 minutes from dinner, shopping or a bike ride in town. Expansive back lawn can accommodate a tent for the perfect beach wedding or large event (must be pre-arranged and additional fees apply)The home features a large master suite, 2 smaller bedrooms and a bright and airy ‘kids room’ that sleeps up to 5 – all on the first floor. Kitchen and living room are on the second floor and feature a great wraparound deck in the rear with amazing ocean views.**Dogs are welcome for an additional $200 fee*** This home is available for 7 day/weekly (Saturday to Saturday) rentals only for the last two weeks in June-through mid September. Early June, September and October, there is minimum four night stay and the nightly rate will be discounted to $1,750 or $12,000 for a full week. Offseason rates are lower and there is a three night minimum.
