But you’ll find plenty to do elsewhere, whether on a charming stretch of Silver Lake Boulevard or tucked among the scenic hills and namesake reservoir.While you won’t find any major museums or landmark attractions, that doesn’t mean there’s a shortage of eclectic culture. Catch a show at the Satellite, go shopping along Sunset Junction, take a stair hike between hillside houses or roll out a blanket in front of the Silver Lake Reservoir—there are plenty of worthwhile things to do in Silver Lake / Echo Park.If ANY house rules are violated, renters must vacate property immediately. Renter forfeits all rental funds and security deposit and house rules violation(s) could also incur additional charges=Respect and care for the house is expected at all times-No smoking anywhere on the property.-No pets. A dog may be considered with prior written permission, pet fee, and agreement to pet rules.-If you would like to have people over, please ask. People other than those listed in the Guest party may not be on site without prior written consent. Any unapproved guests on site at anytime will be $300 per person & per day.- No partying or noise disturbance is allowed. Quiet time is after 10pm in Los Angeles. Any noise complaints from any neighbor or anyone associated with the property will result in 100% loss of remaining rental amount and the entirety of security deposit.- No disruption to the neighborhood anytime day or night. This is a peaceful family neighborhood on a narrow windy street. The entire neighborhood must be treated with respect. If neighbors complain and/or call the police, renters will evict property and forfeit all rental funds.- All guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.- Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities and are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.- Guests will not film on the property or stage photoshoots of any kind or record, edit or otherwise produce content of any kind unless granted permission by owner and property manager prior to booking and filming/shooting fee is paid. Violators of this agreement will forfeit all remaining rental funds and security deposit and leave the premises immediately.- Guests will not use the premises for any unlawful purposes whatsoever.- Any excessive damage to furniture or other material objects associated with the property will be subject to security deposit loss at the discretion of the Property Manager-We do charge if checkout instructions not followed. Amount charge based on mess left behind and decided by property manager.
