No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.* You will provide the Full Names and Ages of all your guests* In the event of an emergency to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, we reserve the right to enter the property.* Well Behaved Family Pet will be considered.
