Large sunken living and dining area with a gas, crushed glass fireplace. Access the outdoor pool and spa area through floor to ceiling sliders off the living room. Large kitchen & breakfast bar. Outdoors enjoy the built-in barbecue/kitchen, pool with spa, desert landscaping, outdoor shower & amazing mountain views. No pets please. Pool and spa heat is optional and an additional $95 per day. Pool heat pricing is subject to change till the day the payment request is accepted due to utility price volatility.
