I am required to provide you with a copy of the By-Laws which you will find in the compartment of the coat rack mirror at the entrance of the cottage.During the Summer Months, registered tenants my obtain parking decals & beach tags at $1 per day per tenant. Beach tags may obtained in the club house office, I suggest bringing an ID with you in case you are asked for it.$ 85.00 Pet Fee applies where applicable.
