NOW WITH CENTRAL AIR! Firefly Cottage, located between Glen Arbor and Empire, is sure to provide you with a peaceful location to enjoy your family vacation. Guests of the home can enjoy a serene private setting. The home is a ranch style home with all living on the same floor – perfect for guests with little ones or elderly family members. This three bedroom, two bathroom home has a fully stocked kitchen and a living room complete with a SMART TV so that guests may stream their favorite TV shows. The large backyard space provides plenty of room for children to play. The provided natural gas grill is perfect for cooking a meal at the end of a busy day visiting the local beach, the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, or traveling into the town of Glen Arbor and visiting the local shops. After a day of fun in the sun, guests are invited to make a fire in the provided fire pit or stay in and play one of the provided board games. Take time to plan the next day’s great adventure – will you hike a nature trail? Spend the day at the beach? Climb the dunes? Take a day trip into Traverse City? With so much to do, a week may not seem like enough!Please refer to our terms and conditions for the house rules.Please note that this home is rented for your quiet enjoyment. Due to liability reasons, township rules and insurance policies, day guests are not permitted without expressed permissions from Management. Guest capacity for the home is NOT to be exceeded at any time. Guests not adhering to this rule could face a fine or eviction as outlined in our terms and conditions that are agreed upon by renting our home. Capacity is strictly enforced and randomly checked.We will provide a starter package of paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bags, hand soap, dish soap and or dishwasher tabs if dishwasher is available at the property. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to purchase more of these items. Other items not included in this list are not guaranteed.
