Located in an upscale area of New Town and just a 10-minute Uber ride to Old Town, you can enjoy the hustle and bustle of Duval Street and then zip back to the serenity of the water.This clean, 3-bedroom, 3 bath vintage home is the perfect place for families and fishing! You can cast your line right from the seawall. There are plenty of fish in the canal and you may even spot an occasional Manatee. Kayaks and paddle-boards are also welcome, so come enjoy the fun of vacationing on the water.The home features Havana tile flooring throughout, a white kitchen and vaulted tongue and groove ceilings in the main living areas. Charming baths with laundry facilities round out the home’s interior. Step outside this easy access, one-level home’s expansive wall of windows, to a covered patio. The patio is home to an outdoor kitchen, complete with TV, storage, a 36″ gas grill and griddle, mini-fridge and L-shaped seating. There is also a picnic table and plenty of outdoor space for the kiddos. After a day in the sunshine, you may enjoy a dip in the brand-new pool. AC and ceiling fans will keep you cool during your stay, but you will likely find yourself outdoors, enjoying the beautiful waterfront space.BED CONFIGURATION: Easy access to all bedrooms in this one-level home. Bedroom one boasts a king size bed and large ensuite bath. Bedroom two also includes a king size bed and ensuite bath. Bedroom three includes a double bed with ensuite bath that is also accessible from the kitchen. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A unique feature of this home is its canal-front location complete with seawall and a 6’X16′ dock to tie up your boat. The large outdoor space includes a covered patio, TV, outdoor kitchen, picnic table and plenty of space. You may also enjoy the brand-new pool which is heated seasonally (November through April) for an additional fee which will be assessed at the time of booking.PARKING: There is driveway parking with plenty of space for bicycles or scooters.LOCATION: New Town, just minutes from Old Town, where you will find the many shops, bars and restaurants that Duval Street is known for.PETS: This home is NOT pet friendly.
