This is the only Lake Conroe location that has balconies that actually hang over the water!This is a one bedroom unit with a king bed in the bedroom, stocked kitchen, and living room. You can fish from the balcony and you have a 180 degree, never obstructed view. Fishing is also great around the marina and from the fishing pier. Jet-ski and boat rentals on-site. Every amenity is lake-front! Acres of land to roam.
