Slip covered sofa & chair, swivel leather recliner, front load large capacity washer and dryer, bathroom vanity cabinets and faucets, 65″ ultra 4K tv in living room and 55″ hi-def tv in master bedroom, porch furniture, premium 14″ king sized gel mattress in master bedroom.We only offer one week rentals which require a Saturday arrival date as well as a Saturday departure date. Our vacation condo is the ideal Fisherman’s Cove location… on the ground floor in the center of the resort right next door to the heated pool and clubhouse! Our corner of building location provides 4 extra windows making our 2 bedroom 2 bath condo noticeably brighter than the typical interior floor plan.Many other condo’s at Fisherman’s cove do not feature a washer/dryer inside the condo and guests must use a coin-operated laundry room.Complimentary high speed WIFI as well as a reserved parking space just steps directly in front of our front door. Fisherman’s cove is a truly unique vacation experience on Siesta Key, offering both direct beach front views and access as well as providing courtesy docks on a protected basin with direct access to the Inter-coastal waterway. Bring you boat, canoe, kayak or paddle along for added fun. Kayak rentals are also available and just a few minute walk from our condo.Beach erosion notice: Our beach at Fisherman’s Cove is vulnerable to beach erosion and is currently diminished in size. The beach may continue to erode in the future to a point where it will have limited usefulness to owners & guests for sunbathing. Should this become the case, as an alternate area for sunbathing, future guests need to be willing to use either the 20 foot section of protected beach sand between our condo’s back door and the protective dune of sea oats or the larger Turtle beach county park. Turtle beach county park is located right next to Fishermans cove resort.
