Five Star is located at 248 Winston Lane, just east of South Walton’s Scenic 30A and only a handful of homes from prestigious Rosemary Beach. Its towering height allows guests to enjoy spectacular views of the sugar white sand shoreline as well as the glistening jewel toned waters beyond. The upper four stories of this spacious 3,200 square foot home have furnished balconies that face the gulf and extend the width of the property. All four bedrooms take advantage of these stellar views as each one looks out upon the gorgeous gulf and has access to the breezy balconies. Besides the tremendous beach views the soothing sound of the surf may be heard, which creates the perfect scenario for serious relaxation.Five Star’s second floor has an open Great Room that also takes in these breathtaking views through a wall of glass doors connecting to the balcony from the living and dining areas. Creamy mocha colored oversized tile flows throughout this open space that is very comfortably furnished and decorated with a sophisticated yet laid-back elegance. Modern amenities include a wall-mounted TV as well as stainless steel appliances in the open gourmet kitchen. The charming oval-shaped dining table seats 6 under a glowing vintage chandelier and combined with additional seating at the breakfast bar you can seat a total of 11.The third floor of this beachfront vacation home includes two lovely Guest Bedrooms that share a full bathroom, and one of them is a Bunk Room for the kids which sleeps five. Gleaming hardwood floors in honey-colored tones provide a warm, rich ambiance.The fourth and fifth floor each encompasses an entire individual Master Suites with spacious sitting areas. They both include their own private romantic beachfront balcony and luxurious bathroom.
