Welcome to FL*AMI*NGO!License# TPL20-000031Nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath unit in a privately owned duplex, one street away from the gorgeous white sand and turquoise water of Bradenton Beach!Tropical, Beachy decor in a well cared for, very clean duplex with all the comforts of home minus the snow.Gorgeous (new in 2017) heated 32′ x 13′ swimming pool. This is a pool you can actually swim in, not a plunge pool. You’ll also have unlimited use of your own designated hot tub. There are 2 built in hot tubs in the pool area 1 for each of the two apartments.The pool is shared with the owner (1 adult in my 50s). I work from home so I mostly defer the use of the pool to vacationing guests. You can see in some reviews, when I am here people comment that they felt they had the pool to themselves.Cable TV, internet, onsite laundry, off street parking. All furnishings, dishes, cookware bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach cart provided for a carefree stay.PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME WILL NEVER BE ADVERTISED ON CRAIGSLIST.
