Beautiful ocean view from your private balcony and view of the pool from the front door.Everything in the unit is new, down to the sheets and towels. Brand new Serta plush queen sized mattress set purchased Nov 2020.There are many great restaurants within walking distance, but the kitchen is fully equipped if you choose to cook. Includes a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a barbecue grill and picnic tables on the grounds.There are also beach chairs and bikes for your use.We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you. We offer initial grocery shopping that will be set up for you upon arrival for a fee of $35. We can also leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.
