Florida Haven Villa – Newly Refurbished, Great location, Sleeps 8This is a newly refurbished single-story home providing three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests situated only ten minutes from Walt Disney World Resort and only five minutes from shopping and restaurants. The villa is tastefully decorated with Florida theming throughout combining citrus colors, flamingos and gators! There is a large entrance hallway opening into a family room with lounge seating, 55″ flat screen smart TV and dining area. There is a large master bedroom also with flat screen smart TV, king bed and ensuite facilities including garden tub and walk in shower with double vanity sinks. The home also provides a Queen bedroom and themed double bunk room both of which share a house bathroom. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. To the rear of the property, you will find a private swimming pool and sundeck overlooking conservation area. A BBQ grill is provided FREE to all staying guests. Pool heat is available and small dogs are permitted both at an additional fee.
