Exceptionally clean, quiet this property has everything you and your family will need to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. With more than 20 golf courses in the area and Gulf fishing less than 15 miles away, this home is an excellent location for golf trips, fishing trips, shopping trips or just “get out of the cold and hang around by the pool” trips!Our home includes three bedrooms: Master bedroom has king bed, walk in closet and bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has direct access to lanai and pool. Third bedroom is bright and sunny. Guest bathroom has plenty of room.The lanai has comfortable seating and lounge chairs available for pool side relaxing. The pool is electrically heated and set at 86 degrees year round.Dining area next to kitchen seats six. Free WiFi – internet. The laundry room is separate near entrance to the garage. Two bikes provided in the garage, 3 beach chairs and two beach totes also.It’s amazing to find such solitude right next to such magnificent neighborhoods! This home is Near Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel Island ( only 30 min away) and Captiva Islands and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops. There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you’ll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you’re set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the “near side” of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you’ll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva island and beyond!!!
