The cottage, which has been completely renovated, was once the blacksmithing shop for the homesteaders who settled here over a hundred years ago. Tocayo is a working farm with both a sheep operation and a commercial vegetable/cut flower garden.In the main bedroom there is a king size bed and ample closet space. The living area has a fold out futon which can accommodate two kids or one adult. The full bath has a shower tub combo. Enjoy the views from the private back patio with either your morning coffee or while grilling your favorite meal.While the farm itself is secluded and quiet, the day to day of the sheep operation and market garden make for a bustling environment. The cottage shares a large parking area with the main house which is located nearby.Possibilities to accommodate people traveling with horses, large trailers or hunters exist. Inquire with owners.
