This recently updated condo is the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. The vibrant beach colors only add to the fun vibe of Folly Beach. The property makes use of tile flooring and perfectly beachy accents for clean lines and the right atmosphere. The kitchen, dining area and living room all share the ocean view provided by the floor to ceiling windows. A sliding glass door provides access to your fully furnished, private balcony. The living room provides ample seating and a large flat screen TV. We provide professionally laundered comforters, linens, and towels for every visit. This is a perfect getaway for travelers looking for a relaxing oceanfront vacation while visiting the Charleston.Charleston Oceanfront Villas is a gated oceanfront complex located steps from the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. These villas feature 2 oceanfront pools, 2 elevators, private covered parking, and amazing views. The pools at the Oceanfront Villas are open seasonally from April 1 – October 31st, weather permitting.The temperature of the pools is not controlled, and will largely depend on the outside weather conditions. Building management is responsible for the upkeep of the pools and elevators on the property. They may close either of these amenities for routine maintenance or cleaning as and when required.Parking is limited to two spaces per villa and passes are complimentary. If additional parking is desired, it is at the discretion of the building management and based on availability. If additional parking passes are available, guests may elect to purchase them, but the cost can range up to $100 per pass.We’ve partnered with VayK Gear to provide our guests with a credit towards beach gear rentals!
