Welcome to Camp Sunset which is the rarest of rentals on Oneida Lake because it has it all! No compromises here! There are very few rentals that are not on top of one another with a sandy beach, HUGE YARD, gorgeous sunsets over the water, dock, huge yard (size of a soccer field) and located on a private road (very quiet and lots of privacy) and still be within 10 minutes of Turning Stone Casino, Sylvan Beach, the Boxing Hall of Fame and the Town of Canastota (close to a grocery store and Rite Aid). . Our property has undergone a complete facelift and has all the amenities. Behind the house is wooded. A four bedroom cottage with an eat-in kitchen and living room. The yard is large enough for lots of outdoor activities and the 300 feet of lawn runs down to a sandy beach and beautiful area for swimming for children of all ages. Approximately 50 feet of lake front with a sandy beach and 950 ft of shore to explore. The Dock sits in 2 to 2.5 ft of water. Lots of room to roam and plenty of parking. The sunsets over the water and can be seen from the outside or inside the house from the large picture windows or sliding glass doors.
