Surrounded by the brilliant, large oaks and canopies of Spanish moss, this property is the perfect location for a tranquil southern getaway.Forest Ridge K7 is perfectly situated on the thirteen-mile long, two-and-one-half mile wide island, minutes away from the water, Historic Downtown and Centre Street, where restaurants and shops are abundant, Fort Clinch State Park, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Omni Amelia Island, and other wonderful local attractions. Spend the day on Cumberland Island, which is only a pleasant ferry ride from the municipal docks in downtown. If it’s the sunset you’re interested in, take a short evening drive to dockside in Fernandina Beach, where the sunset overlooking the Amelia River is spectacular! You will not want to leave!All fresh linens and towels are provided for our guests. We also provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing soap, dish pods, and laundry detergent. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are also provided for you to use during your stay.Please note, this property does NOT have an elevator.Pets under 50lbs are welcomed! No aggressive breeds and pet must be crated when guest is away from rental.We also ask all guests to complete a registration form with Amelia Island Vacations through the secure site of DocuSign.There is a credit processing fee of $35 that will be charged if you cancel your booking, regardless of the booking or cancellation date.
