Enjoy our renovated former carriage house tucked away off a quaint and quite residential side street on Plum Island, Massachusetts.Relax on the deck, read a book or toast some marshmallows in the back yard. Just a short walk from the beach or the calm waters of the basin, a small inlet of water off the mouth of the Merrimac River.Some of our Amenities include:- 2 Bedrooms (perfect for 1 or 2 couples)- 1 Full Bathroom- Air Conditioning- Wireless Internet- Full Kitchen- Washer / Dryer- Gas Fireplace- Off Street Parking (maximum 4 cars)- Deck & Private Yard- Gas BBQ GrillDue to the size of our quaint cottage we kindly ask that no more than 4 occupants (including children) stay at our home with each reservation.As we strive to keep our cottage as clean as possible and allergy free please NO DOGS of any kind & NO SMOKING.Thank you and we hope you have a wonderful stay on Plum Island.
