Our cleaners always wear masks and gloves, and sanitize all surfaces right before departure. Your safety is our main priority.This Philippe Starck’s perfect “designer surf shack” has snowy-white floors and ceilings offset by candy-color-coated walls and it’s unique collection of everything Starck, from his gnomes, and chairs for Driade, Kartell and Emeco, kitchen and bathroom fixtures for Axxor, objects for Alessi and lighting for Flos. There will be no one else on the property, other than the occasional gardener, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.All 30+ day stays require mid stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full clean of the house and change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable and honest cleaners in the business. This team in the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!The Neighborhood:This property is in the Mar Vista neighborhood. It is beautiful, quiet and extremely family friendly. You are a less than five minute drive to vibrant Venice Beach and and 25 minutes to Beverly Hills. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. During your stay, we rely on a centralized texting service so that you can reach us anytime simply with a text. Our property management team cares for each home, and our goal is to have each home properly maintained before you step foot in the home. We make your check in and check out process a breeze, and simply ask you to turn off the lights/AC and lock up on departure. Our team is well versed in the local community, and we offer each guest a personalized set of recommendations before your stay, with the goal of making your stay a truly unforgettable experience.- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement.- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.- Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking.
