One car carport. For those few that have never experienced staying in an adult community this one has all the supplies (sheets, towels, dishes) and amenities. Social gatherings, activities from pottery making, to stained glass plus other crafts, computer club, shuffleboard, and the new pickle ball courts and of course golfing. Why chose our home? Simply for the feel of being home and the feeling of belonging to a great community. Another benefit of our home is the convenience of local hospitals, restaurants, Costco for those deal shoppers. Once you are through shopping time to relax next to the pool and spa. The heated hot tub takes away all your worries, leaving you totally relaxed. Updated in summer of 2017 with all new paint and popcorn finish off the ceilings, new door hardware, new shutters in kitchen and guest room, new lights and white rocker switches, new brown leather couch (not a fold out), new pots and pans, and many more updates.
