Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. You are more than welcome to walk to the front balcony portion of the porch and look out over Main Street and the stores of downtown below, however, we ask that you do not stare into the Balcony Suite’s windows or sit in the furniture outside of the Balcony Suite’s entrance. We want guests of both suites to have an enjoyable stay and would be very appreciative of your help and cooperation in achieving this goal.*Due to the suite’s proximity to Main Street and popular late night attractions, please be aware that there is the possibility of noise until early hours in the morning. If you are a light sleeper or generally do not handle noise well, please consider other accommodations.*The suite is on the second floor of a building on Main Street, so a flight of stairs must be navigated to reach the suite’s entrance.*If you need additional space, be sure to inquire about availability for the Balcony Suite, the sister suite to the Fountain Suite.House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg’s Short Term Rental Ordinance- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.- Place all trash in designated containers.
