As long as the temperature doesn’t fall below 55 degrees, you are all set to enjoy FREE pool heat typically March through May & September through early November (must call office in advance of your stay to confirm and schedule).This is a dog friendly rental! The pet fee is $250 plus tax and covers up to two dogs maximum. There is a complimentary beach shuttle from the Harbourtown area which operates seasonally only. No parking is available at the Beach Club unless you are staying mid-September through mid-March or it is after 5pm.• Pool Info: Approximately 15 feet by 45 feet with a depth range of 3.5′ to 7′. The pool is able to be heated seasonally only. It is not able to be heated if the temperatures drop below 55 degrees at any point during your stay. Must call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival to arrange for pool heat.• 3,543 Square Feet• Fully Equipped Kitchen, Regular Drip Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crockpot• 6 Beach Towels Available, Gas Grill, Washer/Dryer, Wireless Internet (no landline phone)• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home.
