The area features a wood-burning fireplace, massive 12-person dining table, comfy seating area and a well-appointed kitchen with countertop seating.A pool table and game area overlooks the Great Room and includes board games for all ages!Second living room with walk-out basement:There is a second living area located downstairs where you can walk out to the downstairs patio and enjoy the hot tub or relax outside. The area features a foosball table, gas fireplace, a large couch and a 70″ TV for movie nights!Outside Area:The patio includes a covered natural gas grill and an outside dining area for up to eight people.Right outside of the basement includes a hot tub with mountain views and more seating to relax outside.Bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms:Bedroom 1 – The Master Bedroom has a king bed and a separate space with a daybed for additional sleeping. It also includes a steam shower, and walk in closet.Bedroom 2 – The second bedroom has an attached bathroom, queen-sized bed, and a large closet.Bedroom 3 – The third bedroom has an attached bathroom, queen-sized bed, and a large closet.Bedroom 4 – The Bunk Room has four twin beds, an attached bathroom, and is perfect for the kids!Each bedroom is equipped with a Dyson heater/fan/air purifier combo.
