This charming two bedroom, one bath cottage is on Historic Smith Hill across and up the tracks from Historic Downtown Saluda. It was one of the houses featured in two different house tours of Saluda. It has a cute kitchen, and a living room w/ pull out couch. There is a king bed in master and full bed in second BR. All hardwood floors and walls. There is a W/D unit. There is a detached deck for outside sitting. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors, no “partiers” or smokers, four night minimum.
