Quintessential Ski House located in Chimney Hill. Just 10-15 mins from Mount Snow & minutes from downtown Wilmington. The house is centrally located for you to enjoy winter activities like skiing and snowmobiling. In the summer there is nearby golf and hiking as well as water activities at nearby Harrison and Somerset reservoirs.This generous home offers 4 large bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 12 comfortably. The master bedroom on the main level has a queen bed. The upstairs is equipped with 2 bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a queen and a full bed. The loft has a large pull-out couch. The 4th bedroom located in the basement has 3 bunk beds that sleep 6. In addition, the full bathroom on the main level and the 2 full bathrooms upstairs provide much privacy. Some other features are as follows: multiple flat screen TVs with streaming services, wood stove, butcher’s block kitchen island, 8 seat dining room table, new appliances including a washer and dryer, new gas grill, pool table, foosball, air hockey, front deck, plenty of storage including a walk-in ski closet at entrance, usable yard, and ample parking with EV charger available.Our house is in the Chimney Hill Community, which offers access to all the amenities including clubhouse, lodge, indoor & outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, locker room, bar, kitchen, theater, arcade, skating rink, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts, snowmobile & hiking trails.
