This lovely condo is your personal gateway to the National Forest, which is 20 steps from your front door. Enjoy the generous outdoor common area with it’s stunning views, complete with grill, gazebo, hot tub, and easy access to the free shuttle that will take you to Downtown Crested Butte should you want to venture beyond the shops and restaurants of the base area. Make yourselves at home in the spacious living area, or step onto your private deck with million dollar views of the ski area and beyond. Don’t forget about hiking and mountain biking- world class trails are right outside, including dozens of amazing downhill trails that can be accessed by the chairlift right below your deck. Watch the kids fly by from your private deck, living room, or master bedroom, all of which look out onto the trails below. As such availability of these amenities may be affected by maintenance work from time to time and are therefore not guaranteed.***** Early check ins and or late check out requests may be granted on a per booking basis and may be subject to additional fees at the time of booking. Last minute requests cannot be granted due to pre established cleaning and maintenance schedules. Guests who occupy any part of the property including the driveway prematurely without preauthorization from the home owner or property manager will be subject to a $ 250 fine. Guests will also be asked to vacate the property and return at check in time. Guests who check out after 10am without preauthorization will be asked to vacate immediately and will be subject to a $ 250 fine.****Crested Butte is a resort town, please note that when the Crested Butte Mountain Resort shuts down for the Spring shoulder Season, and again in the Fall, many of the shops, restaurants, and local businesses close down or operate under limited schedules.
