This spacious end unit 2-bedroom condo has 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, is a 2-story condo with a large updated eat-in kitchen with beautiful granite counters tops. About a 4 minute walk to the beautiful Grand beach and also walk to the Old Orchard Beach Pier, while still being nestled away in a neighborhood. Condo is great for a family with small children as the second bedroom has a pyramid bunk and a trundle bed. In addition to the 2 bedrooms, there are also two full futons in the living room that can be used for older children or overnight guests (overnight guests must be listed in the rental agreement). Home has a new washer/dryer (2023), WIFI, ROKU TV, and 2 A/C wall units, one in each bedroom located upstairs. On those rare hot and humid days, just leave the bedroom door open, and the a/c will cool the entire condo. Home offers beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach, an electric BBQ grill, and off-street parking for two cars. Nice front yard area to sit in or for kids to play. There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo upstairs + 1/2 Bathroom 1st floor. Sorry, pets are prohibited from this property.
