It features a very large open deck facing the beach as well as a screened lanai for when you want a little shade. The expansive beach stretches for miles in either direction.This spacious and comfortable home is located on a secluded beach and has updates cabinets with granite countertops; appliances in the kitchen; furniture, linens and electronics. Two large picture windows have been added to provide an even better view of the beach! It’s less than a five minute walk to shopping and restaurants.Amenities include washer, dryer, microwave, fireplace, large garden bathtub, gas grill and undercover parking. It has a 51″ flat screen television in the living room with a Bose® system. The second and third bedrooms features 43″ smart TV’s. The storage room has beach toys and beach chairs for your use. Franks Beach House sleeps six with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen beds in the guest bedroom, and a queen size bed in the third bedroom.One week minimum rental is required.Parking is limited to three vehicles.Not a pet friendly rental.You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
