The renovations include a beautiful outdoor patio perfect for grilling and entertaining guests, an outdoor shower, bathroom, kitchen, living room, both bedrooms, and the sun-room which is the perfect place to wind down with a cocktail after a day on the beach.The proximity could not be more ideal – 5 minute walk to the beach, Sundae School, the Ocean House, the Pelham House, the Wee Packet, Bandera’s Market, Wooden Shoe, Woolfies Bakery, and many other local establishments.The house sleep 4 comfortably with an additional pull-out mattress in the living room if needed for a 5th guest. The house has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with 2 twin beds – perfect for the kids.
