While you are not in the condo, venture around the complex to find the game room, shuffleboard, cornhole, large Adirondack chairs to relax in, and a small café. From a romantic getaway to a small family or friend retreat, this charming Top of the Gulf 119 condo is sure to be the perfect getaway!**This property doesn’t allow groups of adults age 25 or under, with no exceptions. ****Top of the Gulf charges a $30 registration fee at check-in, which includes a parking pass. 4 wristbands are provided in the unit upon arrival and must be left in the unit before check-out. Any wristbands not left will incur additional fees.****Top of the Gulf does not allow guests on site who are not staying within the complex. **Laundry Facilities are located on floors 2,4,6 and 8. $2 to wash and $1.50 to dry.The Top of the Gulf complex’s game room boasts a pool table and a foosball table. The pool area features a shuffleboard court that also offers cornhole boards. A large swing and an oversized Adirondack chair add to the beachy atmosphere, and the internet cafe is poolside with dedicated Wi-Fi internet in a shaded space. Top of the Gulf features immaculate landscaping, pristine beachside amenities, and a gorgeous pool, (with a kiddie pool) where personal chairs and coolers are welcome. Grills are also provided for personal use.
