The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico, a large flat screen television, and access to the unit’s private balcony. The master bedroom is also gulf front and has its own private ensuite with a freestanding bathtub, walk in shower, and exquisite double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and another full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed, perfect for families traveling with children. All bedrooms have televisions. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.- On-site parking limited to two vehicles. No exceptions due to HOA restrictions. We provide 1 parking pass in the unit. If a second pass is needed, you can purchase for $55 at Security Guard Shack.
