It’s located on the 1st floor and near great Restaurants, Golf, Spring Training Ball Parks, Casinos, Hiking Trails, Mayo Clinic and more. Easy access to neighboring cities like Phoenix, Glendale, Tempe and Chandler.This cozy condo is located on the ground floor and features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably (with sleeper sofa). Make yourself right at home as you walk in the door and find a comfy living room with sleeper sofa, love seat and 50″ smart TV with cable. You can also enjoy your mornings or evenings out on the back patio just off the living room. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils plus there are a traditional & Keurig coffee maker. There is seating for 4 at the round table just off the kitchen. The bathroom has a single sink and a walk in shower.
