The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals for family and friends. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, a flat screen television, and access to the unit’s private balcony where you can dine overlooking the beach. There is also an indoor dining table that seats 4 and extra bar counter seating for 2 additional guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen television, and its own private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a Queen-sized bed and its own television. There is also a second full bathroom. The living room sofa does pullout into a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. There is also a washing machine and dryer for your use.- There is an additional $40 Registration Fee required to be paid directly to the resort outside of this booking. A link for registration and payment will be provided prior to your arrival. Registration includes 1 Parking Pass. A second Parking Pass may be purchased for an additional $40, except from June 29-July 27. During these dates, only 1 vehicle is permitted. No additional on-site parking is allowed due to HOA restrictions.
