This spacious condominium offers guests almost 1,300 square feet of living space and overlooks the Grand Lagoon. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The open concept living area has ample, comfortable seating and doors leading to the unit’s large private balcony. The master bedroom offers a King-sized bed plus trundle bed, flat screen television, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and double sinks. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, flat screen television, and its own ensuite bathroom. The living room sofa pulls out to a bed, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 7. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your use.- Smoking and Pets are NOT allowed in this unit.- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.- Beach towels are not provided.
