St. Thomas Square has its own private dock with fish cleaning station on Grand Lagoon (an approximately 15-minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico), available on a first come, first serve basis and a designated area to park your watercraft trailer. It also has its own swimming pool, tennis courts, shuffle-board court, grilling area, and outdoor fire pit.This large 1-bedroom condo has been recently updated. It offers a Queen-sized bed, as well as a set of twin over twin bunks and a pullout sofa, comfortably sleeping six. The spacious bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and the unit also has a washer and dryer in the hallway. Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a private balcony overlooking the tennis courts, you can also access the balcony from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, cookware and a K-cup coffeemaker. TVs are equipped with Roku devices to stream your favorite TV shows and movies, basic cable is not included however Live TV programming via Roku is quite extensive.- No smoking and no pets allowed in this unit.- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
