In addition to a refreshing pool, polished wood floors, soaring ceilings in the main living room, boutique hotel inspired sleeping spaces, the home also boasts two workout bikes and multiple living rooms.The first floor features plenty of charm with a gorgeous, sunlit dining area with seating for up to 8. This area is perfect to gather family and friends around a snack, charcuterie board, or even a full Thanksgiving feast. Through the hallway, you find a full kitchen with marbe countertops and top of the line appliances. Tucked in here is a breakfast nook perfect for your morning coffee and reading.Up the stairs, you are welcomed in into a sprawling private retreat. The Master Suite has tons of natural light with a king bed, private luxury bath with a walk in shower, and two additional seating chairs.Additional guest quarters consist of three bedrooms, a full bath, and a second living room. There are also 4 work remote desks, including a private office area to take those annoying work calls in seclusion.Once you’ve unpacked, jump into the clean, refreshing pool in the back. With plenty of room for activites, including laying out, mini golf, or outdoor dining, the Songbird is ready for you!
