This is a guesthouse, nestled in the backyard of a primary residence; 6ft fencing surrounds the tinyhome, providing both privacy and security from the main home and neighbors. There is a $180 fine for bringing an unannounced pet.- The washer/dryer combo is designed for convenience. Due to its compact size, please keep loads small.
