Kick off your shoes, grab a drink and enjoy the palm view (our condo’s namesake!) of this beautiful and updated garden view unit. Our unit is not beachfront, but our complex is gulf side with over 400ft of beachfront, a short 2-3 minute walk from the condo’s front door. In the evening, head to the spacious sundeck or grab a chair and watch a spectacular Siesta Key sunset!Our updated 2 bed/2bath condo is conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the west end of building 1 and can be quickly accessed via the stairs or the elevator. The pool and beach are both only a short walk away. There is a comfortable king bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The well-stocked kitchen is updated with granite counter tops and newer appliances. We constantly strive to improve… we fix the thing that is broken, replace the things that are missing, and refresh the things that are dated… All furniture was replaced in 2021 and 2022. In 2022 we updated kitchen items, décor, and finished summer with a fresh pop of paint! In 2023 both bathrooms were completely remodeled and the flooring throughout the unit was replaced.Siesta Key Beach is consistently among the top-rated beaches in the continental US! Siesta Dunes Condo Complex supplies beach chairs on a first come first served basis. We keep a few chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon, and toys for your use.
