The Hancock Cottage was purchased by the current owners in 2016 and underwent an extensive renovation, opening in October 2016. This cottage will wow you with it’s modern amenities and vintage charm.This property is ideally situated on a hill in a safe and quiet neighborhood three blocks from Historic Route 66 where there is plenty of shopping and restaurants. The Grand Canyon Railway is within 5 blocks or a minutes drive. The view is amazing day or night! Williams is approximately 60 miles to the entrance of the South Rim of the Grand Canyon.This lovely cottage is ideal for single or two family getaways who want to be close to the Grand Canyon, Railway, Polar Express, Bearizona, National Forest Land for hunting and fishing.
