Equipped with two off-street parking spaces!Please note this unit is handicap inaccessible.The Space:This brand new downstairs apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a spacious living area with a sleeper sofa. The space can hold up to 6 people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities for cooking. There is no formal dining area in the home. The exterior porch has a table for 4 and is a great spot to relax. Private entrance. This unit has a 2 night minimum.Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire apartment during your stay including the two off-street parking spaces, and private porch and entrance.The Neighborhood:The property is located in the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston’s unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at Sightsee Shop before exploring King Street, Charleston’s ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants, which is just one short block from the property. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Chasing Sage, Chubby Fish, and Bistronomy by Nico. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!Getting Around:This apartment is within walking distance of the many shops and restaurants King Street has to offer. Uber and Lyft are both available in Charleston.Other Things to Note:• Due to the urban environment that Charleston is, noise levels at this property are moderate.• In response to guest reviews, we have added sound reduction window inserts to all windows. This has dramatically improved the level of outside noise.• Please note our strict cancellation policy.• Streaming device provided as opposed to standard cable.• Please be considerate of our surrounding neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.• 2 off-street parking spaces provided at no additional cost. Please be mindful of the tight driveway.• No smoking within 30 feet of the property. Violating this rule may result in fines.• This unit has a 2 night minimum.• Check in is at 4 PM, Check out is at 11 AM.• Please consider these times when booking travel as we do not make an exceptions for early check in or late check out.• Pets are NOT allowed.• Parties are not allowed. An immediate eviction will result from this rule being violated.• For safety and maintenance reasons, NOTHING is to be attached to any wall under any circumstance. Fees will apply if anything is found. This includes but is not limited to; all types of tape, adhesives, pins, etc.• City of Charleston Certificate of Operation OP2022-02661Interaction with Guests:We are on-site between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM and available after 5 PM via phone, text message, and e-mail.
